Brices Crossing is a single family residential community which began in 2005. This project consists of 200 lots, several open and community area for recreation, perimeter berming and fencing for aesthetics and privacy, and sidewalks for walking throughout.
Lake Tyler is a single/multi family residential community which began in 2006. The first phase which is currently in the final stages of construction contains 425 single family lots with several open spaces. Lake Tyler is appropriately named as the development centers on a large 61 acre lake.
Pinecrest Estates is an affordable residential subdivision located in New Bern, NC. This development consists of 60 lots and is split into two sections. The project is planned to consist of sidewalks and natural areas for walking and several open recreation areas.
Swift Creek Plantation is a large lot, low density residential subdivision just south of Vanceboro, NC. Construction on the project began in 2008 and continues.
